These terms apply to text messages (SMS) sent by Loudmouth, Inc., doing business as Melissa Cross / The Zen of Screaming.

What you'll receive. Recurring text messages about Melissa Cross's live online seminars, recordings and courses: seminar reminders, news when a new date or recording is available, and occasional offers.

How you sign up. By entering your mobile number and checking the text-message box at checkout or on our website. Signing up is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. After you sign up, we'll send one text asking you to confirm.

How often. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We don't charge for our texts.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message, at any time. You'll receive one final message confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. You can sign up again whenever you like.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email support@melissacross.com.

Where we send. Our text program is currently available to mobile numbers in the United States.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
